All participants must have a state-issued, valid driver’s license. All Jeeps must be registered, tagged, and insured.

This invitational event is perfect for the 201+ Ladyjeeper who has attended previous Extravaganza's at the 201 level, Ladyjeepers moving up to 202 or who have previous 202 trail experience.

201
Practice Makes Perfect - 201 - Experience
This level is perfect for the driver with off-road experience and seat time on the trail, or anyone who has done 201 level at previous Extravaganza events.
Minimum of 35″ tires for this Level.
202
Tune Your Skills - 202 -
This level is for the skilled driver and Jeep with safety and protection modifications.
We recommend you have completed the LadyJeepers.com Level 101 & 201 in our Confident Trail™ System prior to moving up to this level to have our foundation educational base.
Minimum of 35" tires for this Level and Aftermarket Differential Covers. (Belly skids, locker, beadlock wheels recommended but not required)
Body damage to Jeep and breakage is possible at this level.
Invitational Extravaganza Schedule;
Thursday, April 10th
Kick Off the start to the Invitational with some fun!
2:00pm - 5:00pm - Check In/Registration Check In
All participants and passengers must go through registration check in.
6:30pm - Catered Dinner Together
Raffle following the catered dinner together
Friday, April 11th
A full day packed with trail training and coaching
9:00am - Start time for day and full day trail ride
Trail Time - Head out with your individual group (max 10) for a day out on the trail.
Saturday, April 12th
A full day packed with trail riding and hangout fun
9:00am - Start time for day and full day trail ride
4:30- 6:00pm - Break, rest and relax time
6:00 - Game time, including some duck competition fun, and hangout together
Sunday, April 13th
A full day packed with competition, shopping & fun
9:00am - Start time for day
Jeep Olympics - Compete in different events to go for the Ladyjeepers Jeep Olympian
Vendor Shopping - Enjoy savings at the event with the Vendor Shopping on Sunday (9-3)
Discussion and Help available throughout the day

Monday, April 14th
Optional Add On Trail Day for Invitational Level Participants Only
201 Level - A bonus add on trail day at the 201 level together
Badge Trail #51 - Hit the badge trail with help and support
Badge Trail #26 - Hit the badge trail with help and support - lockers required and aftermarket differential covers
Once you register for the 2025 Extravaganza at the Invitational Level you will have the option to pick an Add On Trail Day and the specific trail.

Tent Camping
Primitive Group Tent Camping is included for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. (Sunday night included for Monday Trail Add On)

Catered dinner together on Thursday evening.

I believe that our Jeep gives us the opportunity of freedom, self empowerment and Confidence. When you grab the wheel and drive your life the trail ahead of you transforms.
I bring forward years of coaching as an Experiential Facilitator, Successful Professional Coach in the Sports Arena, and a Back Country 4 Wheel Drive Instructor.
When you leave a LadyJeepers.com Event or Finish a Course inside our Confident Trail University, you have the knowledge and education to keep yourself and your Jeep safe as well as ensure a successful and fun Trail Ride!
