Buckle up this is going to be an exciting event for sure!

We will be doing trail excursions (with help every step of the trail) throughout this event with trail rides together through Table Mesa Recreational area and surrounding area. Mix in the Conference for the Classroom Education and Friday meals together.....

So much fun, learning, and adventure together!

Included in your registration;

Light breakfast/snacks and Lunch on Friday in our private Conference room for a day of Classroom Education. Event T-shirt, Educational Materials and Handouts, Your Jeep Coach and Help Every Step Of The Way.

Conference Education

Start Day One together with the in classroom conference style education. We focus on education and learning for the first half of this in classroom conference day.

We move on with hands on after lunch, then building your Jeep and end with a Q&A over any subjects.

Held at The Hampton Inn Conference Room, Anthem, AZ.

Light breakfast, and lunch provided.

Excursion Event

We will be exploring the beautiful area just north of Phoenix in the Table Mesa Recreational area as well as the surrounding areas.

Friday we head out North and have beautiful & scenic stops along our route together, including the Crown King Saloon

Trail Riding Fun

Enjoy the magic of exploring Arizona and on the trail support and help every step of the way.

We will be doing the some amazing trails taking you through the beautiful back country of Arizona.

Meals Provided

Enjoy the friendships and company of ladies with our group meals together on Friday. Hangout, talk, eat and enjoy together.

Friday Meals Provided;

Breakfast - Light Breakfast, Coffee & Juice

Lunch - Deli

All meals on Friday together are held in our Private Conference Room.

Escape Room Fun

We have to add in a fun option for everyone!

Friday evening at 7:00pm & 7:30pm we will offer an add on Escape Room experience for anyone who is interested. It will be groups of 8 ladies together per escape room.

Have some fun, a great time, and unwind with a little bonus fun together.

The Hampton Inn & Suites

The Hampton Inn & Suites will be our home base for this event. Located in Anthem, AZ with lots to do around the hotel. Shopping, spa, and lots of food options.

If you wish to make other accomidations for your trip. No pressure, that is always an option. There are other places to stay located in Anthem, AZ and west is the Pleasant Harbor RV resort.

Saturday, September 7th -

8:30am Meet up in the breakfast area of Hampton Inn

9:00am Meeting for the day together

9:15 am Head out for the days excursion

Lunch - two options - we will be stopping at the Crown King Saloon & Cafe if you wish to grab a later lunch there. Or, pack your lunch and bring it with you for the day. Make sure to pack snacks, food, drinks and have a cooler either way.

7:30pm - Dinner together for anyone who wishes to join and meet up for dinner together.

Sunday, September 8th -

8:30am Meet up at the local coffee shop for breakfast (name, address and directions will be in the final event itinerary emailed out prior to the event)

9:00am Meeting for the day

9:15am Head out for the days trail and excursion together

Lunch on the trail so pack snacks, lunch, drinks and have a cooler

5:00/5:30 - Back to town in Anthem
